How we work
We evaluate residential foundations across Greater Houston and provide repair options based on the actual conditions found at the property. That means an elevation survey, a walkthrough of the visible damage, a look at drainage, and — where relevant — the crawl space, before any discussion of pier counts or systems.
Foundation repair is an unusual purchase. Most homeowners buy it once, under some pressure, with limited ability to verify what they are being told. Our response to that is to explain findings plainly, show the readings behind them, and be direct when the answer is that no structural work is needed.
